WWE stars and others comment on Rosemary’s injury, indie promotion cancels Sexy Star booking

As more details have emerged about what happened during the women’s title match at last Saturday’s AAA Triplemanía XXV pay-per-view (PPV) - especially Rosemary’s first-person account of how Sexy Star injured her by applying and refusing to release a legitimate armbar - more and more reactions from wrestling professionals have flooded social media. Many of them are calling for a blacklisting of Sexy Star, and several have the clout to help make that happen:

It appears to be working, too, as the annual WrestleCade event set for November in North Carolina has cancelled the former Lucha Underground champion for all scheduled appearances. They issued the following statement via Twitter, making it clear the incident at Triplemanía is the reason for pulling the booking:
