Abstract: Objectives:To observe and analyze the changes in renal injury and sexual life quality of patients with legacy hypertension after hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy.Metbods:65 patients with legacy hypertension after hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy in our hospital from October 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the group A;65 patients without legacy hypertension after hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy at the same time were selected as the group B;65 women with healthy pregnancy were selected as the group C.The renal function indexes,renal artery blood flow parameters and sexual life quality scores of the three groups were analyzed and compared,and the analysis results of group A with different blood pressure levels were compared.Results:The renal function indexes,renal artery blood flow parameters and sexual life quality score of group A were all worse than those of group B and group C.The analysis results of group B were all worse than those of group C.The analysis results of group A with different blood pressure levels all had significant differences.The spearman analysis showed that those indexes all had close correlation to the disease,all P < 0.05.Conclusion:The renal injury and sexual life quality of patients with legacy hypertension after hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy deteriorates,which is greatly influenced by the blood pressure and should be paid more attention for improvement.
