Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of high-frequency contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (HF-CEUS) in the diagnosis of breast cancer in young females. Method 103 female breast cancer patients (a total of 103 le-sions) were included in the study, and were stratified as two groups, with 62 cases in control group (age>35) and 41 cases in study group (age≤35). All patients received HFCEUS, and the ultrasonic characteristics of both groups were analyzed. Result The rate of acoustic halo and posterior attenuation of the lesion in study group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05); the transverse diameter before and after angiography in study group were larger than that of control group, but aspect ratio before angiography and the difference of transverse diameter after angiography were less obvious than control group (P<0.01);the retention rate of contrast agent was lower, but the pattern of"quick in and quick out"was more in study group compared with control group (P<0.01). Conclusion HFCEUS is essentially useful in the diag-nosis of breast cancer in young females.
