AAA Triplemanía XXV live stream & results: Wagner vs. Clown, Mundo vs. Texano vs. Fantasma, Mesías vs. Pagano, & more

AAA have come back around to the biggest point of their calendar and that means it’s time for Triplemanía XXV.

They’ve got a lot on their slate, from the traditional eight-person Relevos Atómicos de Locura to women’s and tag title four-ways featuring top GFW talent, to a star-studded trios-formatted Torneo Triplemanía XXV, to the three-way TLC match that should settle Johnny Mundo’s recent drama with AAA for good, all the way through the main event.

Dr. Wagner, Jr. puts his mask, one of the most valuable remaining in lucha libre today, on the line against Psycho Clown’s in a main event lucha de apuesta so important that AAA have basically been frozen in place building to it for months. No matter the outcome, history will be made tonight.

Best of all, they’re broadcasting the whole deal free for nothing on Twitch! The pre-show, a two hour Best of Triplemanía feature, begins at 6PM Eastern (3PM Pacific), before the actual Triplemanía XXV card kicks off at 8PM Eastern (5PM Pacific). And for those of you who are into shootfights and spectacle, we have more good news, because AAA are trying to manage their schedule such that the main event won’t begin until after Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather have done the deal.

So tune in with the English stream we’ve embedded above, featuring commentary from Kevin Gill and Gabriel Ramirez of California’s Pro Wrestling Revolution, or if you’d rather a more authentic experience, you can watch the Spanish version of the show right here. Or, if you just want to keep an eye on what’s going down in text form, you can keep refreshing right here as we add regular updates below.

After an interlude with some dancing fruit, Faby Apache, La Parka, and Vampiro come down to judge the La Llave a la Gloria matches.

Ashley, Dragon Solar, Pardux, & Solaris over Bronco Gonzalez, Chicano, Fetiche, & Hashtary (La Llave a la Gloria Finals)

Angelikal, Hijo del Vikingo, & the Tigger over Angel Mortal, Jr., Tiger Boy, & Villano III, Jr. (La Llave a la Gloria Finals)

We get a celebration of the centennial anniversary of the current Mexican constitution before moving onto a video package celebrating twenty-five years of AAA and a procession in memory of Antonio Peña & Joaquín Roldán.

Hernandez, Mini Psycho Clown, La Hiedra, & Mamba over Big Mami, Dinastía, Estrella Divina, & Máscara de Bronce by pinfall after a chairshot to Big Mami. (Relevos Atómicos de Locura)

Sexy Star (c) over Ayako Hamada, Lady Shani, and Rosemary by submission with a cross armbar on Rosemary, retaining the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.

Martah Villalobos presents the title to Sexy Star after the match.

Time to announce the winners of La Llave a la Gloria. Vampiro puts the whole thing over and Ashley, Hijo del Vikingo, and Angelikal are announced as our winners... but that’s not all, because all fourteen competitors tonight will be the first class of a new AAA wrestling school.

Monsther Clown & Murder Clown over Aerostar & Drago, Andrew Everett & DJZ, Dark Cuervo & Dark Scoria (c) by pinfall with a splash on both of the champions following some assistance from Dave the Clown and Marty the Moth, winning the AAA Tag Team Championship.

Marisela Peña gets on the microphone for another segment in memory of Antonio Peña and all the other members of the AAA family that have passed, and introduces a matching video package.

La Parka wins the Torneo Triplemanía XXV, featuring the teams of...

  • Guapos (Decnnis, Scorpio, Jr., & Zumbido)
  • GFW (Bobby Lashley, Jeff Jarrett, & Moose)
  • Heavy Metal, Lanzelot, & Ricky Marvin
  • Leyendas (Blue Demon, Jr., Cobarde, & Pirata Morgan)
  • Mexican Powers (Crazy Boy, Joe Líder, & Ñino Hamburguesa)
  • OGT (Averno, Chessman, & Super Fly)
  • Perros del Mal (Halloween, Mr. Águila, & X-Fly)
  • Team Parka (Argenis, Bengala, & La Parka)
  • Team Relevos Increibles (Australian Suicide, Faby Apache, & Pimpinela Escarlata)
  • Vipers (Histeria, Maniaco, & Psicosis)

Latin Lover comes to present La Parka with the Torneo Triplemanía XXV title belt.

El Mesías vs. Pagano goes to a no-contest after Rey Escorpion debuts in AAA to beat both men down. (Ultimate Consequences Street Fight)

Johnny Mundo (c) over El Hijo del Fantasma and Texano, Jr. by retrieving all three titles from the hanger, retaining the AAA Mega Championship, AAA Latin American Championship, and AAA World Cruiserweight Championship. (Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match)

Post-match, Johnny cuts a promo in Spanish about how this is the best moment in twenty-five years of AAA history. He calls Vampiro out to put the titles around his waist and Vampiro comes down to the ring. Mundo asks if he has the balls to put the titles on him, and Vampiro picks one of the belts up and fastens it around Johnny’s waist.

Mundo insists on the other two as well, hurling abuse at Vampiro, and then hurling one of the belts at him! Vampiro gets in his face and Johnny slaps him! He goes to leave but again Johnny calls him out, and this time Vampiro has had about enough! He drops the champion with a chokeslam!

Vampiro gets on the mic and excuses himself before saying if it’s the last thing he does in the ring, he’ll bust Johnny’s face and mouth open. Johnny Mundo leaves as champion.

Texano and Fantasma wail on each other with chairs for a little while before falling into a full-on rolling brawl.

Psycho Clown over Dr. Wagner, Jr. by pinfall with a Yoshi Tonic. (Mask vs. Mask Match)

Maximo Sexy and La Mascara celebrate with their brother and cousin before Wagner gets on the mic and speaks a bit before unmasking and revealing his name, Juan Manuel Gonzalez Barron, age 52.

Psycho Clown puts Wagner over as a legend and acknowledges the magnitude of his victory.
