Rated 1.0 These are bunch of people who doesn't know anything about tax return and claiming to be. They just use software to enter number without any understanding of tax returns.

Rated 1.0 Don't use this service thinking its cheaper price. Their CPA did not have the knowledge about the USA Tax filing at all. They also charge extra than they mention in their basic price. You may lose lot of money from ur return.

Rated 1.0 These guys are not professional and have zero knowledge about how to deal with customers complaints. I would recommend to look for other place for tax filing as they charge you but cannot take responsibility when they mess up. In my experience, I was told there is nothing they can do, not matter how many times I call, this is waste of time. They are rude and have zero people skills.

Rated 1.0 I filed an income tax with them for the last 2 years. When I tried with turbo tax, I realized I lost more money as Universal Financial's CPA made huge mistakes in two areas and I overpaid income tax by thousands. While asking them to fix, they again asked me to charge another 150$ for their own issues. They don't own their own mistakes and consider customers to pay for them. Customer service is awful, unethical, irresponsible. I am going to register a complaint board of accountancy in NJ state against them.

Rated 1.0 Fraudulent firm, their customer service is awful, unethical, irresponsible. Once you are done with the filing they don't treat you as customers till the next filing time. keep away from them. Even the senior employees depend on their director for everything but they don't even know the full name of the director. I would rate "0" stars if available. I also registered a complaint against this firm today.
