As far as I'm aware, Alex isn't going after streams. She likely doesn't know how.

she is a so dumb, this will no help her in a court of law.. and yes Alex it's going to court. now since she is taking down videos now, i have to unlist all my videos on my youtube channel of this game. (i have the gog version)

you misunderstood what I was saying

1st off i meant a whole channel removed not just a video

2nd off i will not watch your heavily advertized stream from a streaming service that alex maur definately doesnt know or care about. and even if she did who cares?

well of couse the have legal rights to the music.. thats why the musuc is in the game.. they made the music for RCRU.

I think you're going to have to take her to court to stop her. Looking at how she's been acting so far I would suggest you do this straight away.

This is fair enough, and people will have to make their own decision about the trade-off between countering the claim, and denying Alex access to their address and phone number.

Question. Was your sub contractor Imagos by any way? If not you might wanna release who was the sub contractor. That would discredit any of Alex claim instantly .. since here only issue is with imagos for Star mazer DSP music. and i believe she tries to blackmail RCRU for that case now

Imagos has no relation to Conatus at all. If I were to guess, the person that brought Alex Mauer on was probably Disasterpeace. He's the one they first hired to work on the OST.

We can't talk about legal matters publicly, but there will be a legal response from Conatus' representation on this matter. It, unfortunately, like any process, takes time.

What may help is contacting YouTube pointing out Conatus' stance on YouTube content, and that Alex Mauer is not associated with Conatus.
