I would expect a few of AH readers would be familiar with the Secureteam10 YouTube Channel.

Wondering what you make of the following video recently posted and this channel in general?

Tyler busted for drunk driving and more.

The guy is one of the biggest UFO hoaxers there is......And is only doing it for financial gain and nothing more.....I do not even bother watching anything thats posted with his name on it......He's one of the reasons that ufology is a joke.

I checked out a few of his videos today.... he's claiming he was set up. lol

Although I do like the hypnotic intro... the videos themselves feel very sensationalized and commercial.

He has amassed quite a following over the years, and quite a reputation as well.

Yep, gonna have to agree with you on this.

I took much of what he posted with a grain of salt. Just vague entertainment, at least for me. Much of what he posted seemed to be utter crap. I must admit i.was surprised by these recent developments though!!

You nailed it when you said "entertainment." Tyler is providing that service and the rules on that "service to the public" are rather flimsy if non-existent and should be expected to be bent extremely so in this day of "Fake News." There is no better example than the current fresco in Washington, DC.

The entire field of ufology is a fiasco.....Some in ufology want to blame Washington but a long hard look in the mirror should dispel that one.

I don't know what mirror you have been looking at, but it is definitely cracked and if you attempt to touch it with facts, it will shatter in your hands.

Any fiasco in ufology is because of the denials of government about the reality of UFOs. and its lack initiative (as I just mentioned in the other reply). It is as simple as that. When government does not provide what the public needs, then "grass-root" orgs will surface to offer their own solutions. Holy Crap! That is the exact reason why some of us are here on this site!!!!!! MUFON was one of those as was the one I was affilicated with as was my own personal efforts over the decades.

When one takes alleged contacts like Billy Meier and Jonathon Reed into account along with a number of others......you can't blame the government for this fiasco.
The guy who says he sees UFOs flying out of a volcano while tripping doesn't help either.

So does this mean disclosure is a public need? But yes there are a few valid organizations studying ufology.

Personally I'm here to learn and answer my questions.....I do not require my answers be handed to me by the government.

MUFON was one of those as was the one I was affiliated with in my own personal efforts over the decades.

MUFON does some good work.......though I do not know which one you were affiliated with.

That's an easy way out to blame the problems in ufology on the government....Main problem is conspiracy theory, arguments from ignorance among other things.

There is no obligation by the government to force feed the public information that they would be better off not knowing.....Offering other solutions is good until it comes to hoaxing videos and other incidents such as the Ray Santilli Alien Autopsy to mention just one.....The very underlying roots of ufology consist of conspiracy theory only....All that said sure the government is keeping things under wraps I will agree but thats no reason to create hoaxes and other scenarios to prove UFOs, we know they exist there is just no proof they are little green men from Pluto or something.

Yeah and this is a prime example of what I was saying earlier...There was another thread here where a conspiracy theory has already been introduced that the CIA is funding MUFON! What a joke! Especially when there is no proof of it.....I was a member of MUFON for a while and if the CIA is funding them how come they are like a preacher at a Baptists revival begging for money all the time........

Denial comes easy to an arrested mind so trapped because what else can you believe without destroying all you have been taught? Being defensive about the status quo is not the proper approach to uncontrollable matters outside the norm. You seem to suffer from a lack of historical knowledge about the phenomena and the government's non-rational and non-logical reactions (supposedly) to a possible threat of tremendously great magnitude to the human race. No sorry I don't.....What you and other conspiracy theorists fail to see is your lack of knowledge about how military affairs work...Threat? At this point there is no threat. Threat from what? UFO believers scream threat but have a total lack of evidence to back the claim....

I would assume they are not ignoring it....I would also assume that if they honestly thought there was a credible threat from these things action would be taken....

People are free to make up their own minds about these things......

I first noticed guy was nuts when he thought the FBI were watching him. I remember him filming a car outside his house on the street for hours fully convinced it was agents spying on him. Plus he thinks shuttle takeoffs are ufos. Obviously does the channel for money and attention but to each his own.

My experience with the FBI is that if they are watching you, they are obvious and if you confront them they yell at you for blowing their cover. That is the window dressing so that we think all FBI agents are stupid. But if they are serious you will have phone taps and those are easy to noitice because of the clicks (or were, maybe technology has solved that problem).
