Job Description:

 

A Strong background of Containerization, Docker containers and Micro Services.

Extensive experience with Shell, Python and python Scripts

Build and deploy applications using cutting edge technologies such as Bamboo,
bitBucket, and Maven.

Enforce established branch management process on source control system and
contribute to improvements.

Effectively manage code merge process.

Deploy releases to the production environment and help the project teams
troubleshoot any issues.

Create Deployment plans for various platforms including WebSphere AppServer,
Docker containers, DataPower, IIB,

Implement and maintain automated tools supporting DevOps processes

Execute all DevOps processes and procedures, suggest improvements as needed

Work closely with IT SWAT team  to troubleshoot complex issues in
Dev/Test/Staging environments to help project teams remove impediments.

Maintain version-management of software and maintaining a configuration
baseline within the CMDB.

Contribute in continuing CI/CD process-improvement efforts.

Work in a time sensitive environment

Will frequently interact with Software Leads and Functional Managers and must
possess excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written) to foster a
team engaged approach.
