Abstract: Occlusal reconstruction should be carried out in the design of dental implant restoration after the loss of the intrinsic occlusion or the influence of the occlusal function as a result of tooth loss. However, due to the obvious individual differences in the dentition structure and the masticatory function, the evaluation index of the treatment plan is difficult to quantify. Therefore, clinical work should be based on the existing knowledge and experience, incorporate the patients' char-acteristics into a more mature cognitive structure, and restoration oriented, as well as strictly carrying out the clinical path-way of dental implanttherapy. Besides, treatment plan should combine patients' subjective assessment with physicians' per-sonal experience, meanwhile reduce the effects of doctors' and patients' subjective factors on treatmentimplementation and operation, in this way to achieve healthy and stable occlusal function after dental implant therapy.
