While modeling full-time, Wiedemann completed a masters degree in biomedicine at the London School of Economics, where she wrote a cross-disciplinary dissertation on vertical farming, connecting public health, environmental politics, and cultural theory. She explains more about what what she learned and reveals her favorite advice from Sheryl Sandberg's book Lean In, which was the permission Wiedemann needed to say "yes" when Refinery29 asked to launch their food vertical as the Executive Food Editor.

Plus, Wiedemann shares some unexpected Human Venn Diagram wisdom from a psychic!
