Firefighters battling brush fire in Waipio

WAIPIO (HawaiiNewsNow) - A brush fire in Waipio is under control, but firefighter remain on scene to douse hotspots.
The blaze was moving toward the Waikele bunker area.
The fire started about 12:05 p.m., and nearly 30 firefighters responded. It was under control by about 1:15 p.m.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
