Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos seems dead set upon siding with high-profit schools at the expense of student loan borrowers. This appears to be just one more push by the Trump administration to rewrite any and all Obama era regulations, regardless of their benefit to the general public. Cartoon by Ed Hall.
