Abstract: Objective:To provide a reference for application of pharmacogenomics in clinical drug use. Methods:According to the dosing guidelines on the website Pharm GKB, we summarizes the information of dosing guidelines based on pharmacogenomics, and reviews the application and research progress of pharmacogenomics of tricyclic antidepressants and warfarin. Results and Conclusion:The dosing adjustment based on the pharmacogenomics has been used in clinic, however, there are numbers of genotypes need to be verified.
