The 28-year-old model and season 22 winner of Dancing with the Stars showed off his super fit physique in a tank shirt and running shorts as he headed to an early morning workout on Wednesday (July 26) in Hollywood, Calif.

Later that day, Nyle teamed up with YouTube star Tyler Oakley to stand up against President Trump‘s decision to ban transgender people from the military.
