Provides daily direction, oversight and technical expertise for the development and execution of initiatives for Recreation and Revenue Generating programs as well as the associated management and resource support functions.
Manages functions and operations of activities. Plans and coordinates details of events to include determining specifications and quantities of goods to order, manpower, space, facilities, food, and services.
Establishes immediate and long range goals, objectives, and plans to meet customer requirements and ensures program authority and funding are accomplished to optimize efficiency of operations.
Supervises assigned staff.

4. Incumbent must file a Confidential Statement of Affiliations and Financial Interest in accordance with the requirements of 5 CFR 2634.
5. Occasional travel is required.
6. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
