Abstract: PD is a neurodegenerative disease.L-dopa is still the gold standard for the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD).L-dopa-induced dyskinesia (LID) is one of the main types of drug-induced dyskinesia, occurring in patients with PD who have been treated with levodopa for long time. A variety of emerging drugs currently in development promise to providea a better control of LIDs in near future. The clinical manifestations and pharmacology treatment of LID were discussed.
