Abstract: Objective To investigate relative risk factors for cerebral microbleeds (CMB) in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups according to the presence of CMB,and the difference of clinical data and biochemical indicators between the two groups were compared. The independent risk factors for CMB were analyzed by the Logistic multivariable regression. Results The age, history of stroke, antiplatelet therapy, plasmahomocysteine, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) of two groups were significantly different (P<0.1).Logistic regression analysis showed that age, history of stroke, and LDLC were the independent risk factors for presence of CMB (OR=1.066,2.861,0.106,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion CMB has relationships with age, history of stroke, and LDLC.
