Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Technology, Industrials and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.52%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (CO:DSV), which rose 3.52% or 14.1 points to trade at 414.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 1.54% or 10.5 points to end at 692.5 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.27% or 18.0 points to 1430.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which fell 2.33% or 15.5 points to trade at 651.0 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 1.06% or 4.4 points to end at 410.3 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was down 0.50% or 1.30 points to 257.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 69 to 40 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in DSV (CO:DSV) rose to all time highs; gaining 3.52% or 14.1 to 414.4.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 1.17% or 0.54 to $46.62 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 1.18% or 0.57 to hit $48.99 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.85% or 10.36 to trade at $1227.66 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.48% to 6.4932, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4363.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.54% at 95.04.
