Toshiba also accuses WD of improperly obtaining Toshiba’s private information.

Previously WD put the dispute over Toshiba’s auction process to arbitration and sued Toshiba in the US courts.

Western Digital has also announced it will sample 96-layer NAND in H2 with volume production planned for next year.
