After the termination of his contract with Galatasaray, Wesley Sneijder has stated that he remains unsure of what will be the next challenge for him:

“I do not have future plans – admitted the Dutchman to Bein Sports  – I’ll go to Amsterdam and from there I will decide what I will do. At the moment I have no plans, but I believe in my qualities.”

After four seasons with the Turkish side, the former Inter man did not hide his disappointment: “Of course I feel sad, it was not nice to say goodbye as well. The coach made his choice, deciding not to want to work with me. If a coach does not want to work with you, then you have to try something else.”
