The Noida Authority issued notices to 24 developers on Tuesday, asking them to submit action plans on how they plan to settle the issues of home buyers or face the music.
The notices have been issued to developers including Ajnara, Logix, Supertech, Omaxe, Unitech, Antriksh, Assotech, Today Homes and SDS Infratech.
Action plan
Stating that his company had already submitted the action plan, Supertech CMD R.K. Arora said, “I will check why the notice has been issued.” Authority Officer on Special Duty Santosh Kumar said the new State government had directed the Noida Authority to hold tripartite meeting with developers and home buyers to settle their issues. “Twenty-four of 41 developers failed to submit their action plans,” Mr. Kumar said.
