Abstract: Objective:Discussion Focus-PDCA management measures in narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of category 1 in our hospital outpatient pharmacy the effect of application in management. Methods:Introduced the method of Focus-PDCA cycle management in the refined management of our hospital narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of category 1.Improving the storage environment, specialize in personnel training, improving the legal consciousness of nurses, developing management measures, after execution, inspection, correct processing, the final evaluation of the results. Results:There are 95 problems in the management of Anesthesiology, psychotropic drugs of category I, among which the system related factors accounted for 16. After the method of Focus-PDCA cycle management, the number of problems was 24, and the system was reduced to 5. Conclusion:Focus-PDCA method can effectively promote the anesthesia medicines, first class of psychotropic drugs standardization and scientific.
