Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of gemstone spectral imaging (GSI) for preoperative pathological types and stages of gastric cancer. Methods 87 gastric cancer patients were selected in this study, and their imaging data was retrospectively analyzed. The parameters of GSI of different types were analyzed, and the accuracy of T stage detection of mixing energy image and spectral image were compared. Results The iodide concentration of arterial phase, venous phase and substance phase of tubular adenocarcinoma were the highest, and mucinous adenocarcinoma was the lowest, which had statistically significance of 3 groups (P < 0.05).The water concentration of 3 phases of 3 groups had no obvious difference (P > 0.05).The total accuracy of T stage detection of mixing energy image was 68.97% (60/87),T1 ~ T4 were 94.25%,83.91%,77.01% and 82.76%,respectively.The total accuracy of T stage detection of spectral image was 82.76% (72/87),T1 ~ T4 were 97.70%,90.80%,86.21% and 90.80%,respectively.The total accuracy of mixing energy image was obviously lower than spectral image with statistically significance (P < 0.05).But the accuracy of T1 ~ T4 detection of the 2 types of image had no statistically difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion There is an important application value of GSI for preoperative pathological types and stages of gastric cancer.
