Efficacy and Effect of Serum IL-4, IL-10 and INF-γ of Yinxie Capsule Combined with Acitretin Capsule in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Abstract: Objective In order to investigate the efficacy and effect of serum IL-4,IL-10 and INF-γof Yinxie capsule combined with acitretin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 120 psoriasis vulgaris patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the control group were treated by acitretin capsule 20 mg each time and 60 cases in the treatment group were treated by Yinxie capsule 1.8 g each time,three times a day orally combined with acitretin capsule 20 mg each time,once a day orally.The efficacy was evaluated according to the PASI method after 8 weeks.Serum IL-4,IL-10 and INF-γlevels were detected by ELISA.Drug adverse reaction was recorded.Results The efficacy of both two groups after treatment was better,but the efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,serum IL-4 and IL-10 levels of two groups were higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05),and the serum IL-4 and IL-10 levels of treatment group were enhanced more than those of control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,serum INF-γlevels of two groups were higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05),and the INF-γ levels of treatment group were enhanced than those of control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of dry eyes,dry skin,nose bleeding,folliculitis,transaminase rised and hyperlipidemia of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion It is effective and safe of Yinxie capsule combined with acitretin capsule for treating psoriasis vulgaris,and it has changed the level of serum IL-4,IL-10 and INF-γ,which is worthy of promotion.
