The letters in the company’s name, “MK”, are based on the abbreviations from “Moon”, which is the last name of its founder and group managing director, Datuk Calvin’s wife; and “Khiu” (his surname).

So I met up with their representatives and explained what I wanted for my home, and MK Curtain fulfilled my vision,” Phoebe said, adding that she was also impressed with the commitment of MK Curtain’s professional consultants, who constantly engaged in detailed décor discussions with the MELODY FM DJ despite her busy work schedule. “No matter how busy I was – wherever and whenever my work schedule required me to be – the MK Curtain consultants always managed to find time to discuss the type of curtains and blinds that I’ve visualised for my condominium.”

When I need a shady tone and more privacy in my living room, the heavy curtains can cover up the light drapery,” the DJ explained.
