Republicans scramble to revise faltering health care bill

Obama and the Democrats worked with each other and got the job done. And they didn't even have to keep their bill a secret.

" See that Yacht over there, that only cost me 80 American Families Healthcare, not a bad deal, huh? "

SO in other words, the deep cut to Medicaid AND the cuts to the donut hole coverage for Medicare remain.  

STILL a tax cut for the wealthy at the expense of the poor and middle class.

Republicans have for years bristled at the idea that they are heartless, greedy, self-centered thugs, and then then moment they get total leadership they set themselves on the most heartlessly greedy, thuggishly self-centered policy they could think of.

The repub positions seem irreconcilable. Once low income people and the elderly have gotten a taste of their expanded healthcare, you're going to have a hard time taking it away from them.

The repubs have to be very careful here as they are directly attacking peoples' families and that generally results in unpleasant consequences in America
