Abstract: Objective To collect and analyze the studies that related with apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in the detection of lymphoma. Methods Studies on the diagnosis of lymphoma with ADC were systematically searched for in the Pubmed、China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)、CBMdisc、Wangfang Data、Embase from January 2004 to December 2016.Standardized mean differences(SMD) of mean ADC values and 95% confidence intervals(CI) were conducted by stata12.0.Results twenty seven studies were admitted, including twelve English studies and fifteen Chinese studies.SMD of the mean ADC between lymphoma and benign lesions was-2.25 (-2.62,-1.89);In subgroup analysis, cerebral lymphoma and benign lesions was-1.98 (-2.65,-1.32);Lymph node lymphoma and benign Lymph nodes was -2.44(-2.81,-2.07);Field-strength of1.5 Twas-2.28(-2.69,-1.87)while3.0Twas-2.22(-3.03,-1.40).The results of SMD were all significant statistically. Conclusion The value of ADC can differentiate lymphoma from benign lesions no matter where it originated, and lymphoma had a lower ADC value.
