Abstract: Objective:To study the correlation between the parameters of magnetic resonance (MR) diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and the histological features of cervical cancer. Methods:Used a retrospective study,84 cases of cervical cancer in our hospital treated from September 2012 to January 2016 were selected.84 cases of female patients with cervical examination at the the same period due to other causes were selected as the control group. Two groups were given conventional MRI and DWI examination. The hematology and DWI ADC parameters were given record with investigation and correlation analysis. Results:Two groups of MRI images met the diagnosis and measurement requirements and there were not obvious artifacts and deformation. The T1WI in the observation group showed equal signal, the T2WI with high or slightly high signal.DWI showed clear boundary hyperintense mass. When the MRI DWI b value was 1 000 s/mm2,the ADC values of the observation group and the control group were (0.89±0.15)×10-3mm2/s and (1.50±0.23)×10-3mm2/s,and the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05).The ADC values in cervical cancer patients with different clinical stages, lymph node metastasis and differentiation were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficients showed ADC value with cervical cancer patients showed significant negative correlation with the clinical staging, lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree (P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI diagnosis of cervical cancer has a good imaging quality, and DWI imaging parameters ADC value is significantly reduced and has good correlation with the histological characteristics of cervical cancer, which can effectively reflect the pathological changes of cervical cancer.
