Marvel has been promoting its post-Secret Empire direction for a while, now. The upcoming Generations one-shots and September's Marvel Legacy one-shot are at the center of the publisher's fresh focus, and in order to make sure the latter hits hard, Marvel has enlisted some A-level artists to provide variant covers.

Today, as part of its full September 2017 solicitations, Marvel released Marvel Legacy variant cover art by Alex Ross and Greg Land, along with a new tagline for the one-shot: "It’s everything you’ve been longing for — and more!"
Announced in April, Marvel Legacy, written by Jason Aaron with art by Esad Ribic, is designed to “set the stage for the next chapter of the Marvel Universe with hope, heroism, heart and the Earth-shattering return of a beloved Marvel mainstay.†Who that mainstay is remains to be revealed, though a classic-look Captain America has been at the forefront of much of the one-shot's promo art.

Subsequent teases include the announcement that readers will meet the Avengers of 1,000,000 BC, learn the "startling origin of the Marvel Universe," and see shockwaves that affect every aspect of the Marvel Universe in the months and years to come.
