All of the patients were assessed by intervention with insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ),medication compliance scale at before the intervention,3 and 6 months after the intervention. The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared after year of the follow up. Year of follow-up the recurrence rate in the research group (24. 53%)was significantly lower than the control group (43. 14%)(P<0. 05). Conclusion:ISP community management mode to improve self-knowledge,impro-ving treatment compliance and reduce recurrence rates in rural schizophrenia patients has certain effect.
