'My husband has been sleeping with my twin sister'

I must say that since childhood, my twin sister has always been in a competition with me, always jealous of me and whatever I had.

Our parents had initially thought it was a mere case of sibling rivalry and never saw it as anything serious but as we grew up, Kenny started behaving as if we were in a competition.

I remember that while growing up, Kenny would always fight with me over every little thing. Her toys were never good enough until she got mine. Even if our parents bought the same dress for us, she would want to take the one meant for me.

In school, she tried everything she could to be the center of attention and would lie against me to my friends. But in all of these, our friends preferred me above her, something that always made her jealous and angry.

When we started dating, Kenny tried everything to always snatch my boyfriends. When I began having serious relationships, my twin sister would do everything in her power to destroy the relationship and on two occasions, she seduced and slept with my boyfriends.

When I got married to Segun, Kenny pretended to be happy for me and even acted as my chief bridesmaid and I thought everything was okay with us.

I tried all I could to mend fences between us, not knowing she was scheming to destroy my marriage. She would come to our house at odd times and spent as long as she wanted. Thinking she has grown up and left the childish behaviour, I had no problems leaving her at home when going for work.

But little did I know Kenny had seduced my husband and had been sleeping under my nose till she became pregnant and after much pressure from our parents to tell them who got her pregnant and bring him home to do the right thing, she opened up that my husband was responsible.

She is also insisting on keeping the baby and marrying my own husband.

The family is in a fix right now owing to what my sister and husband did. They have told me to keep everything quiet while they seek for a way out but I am not sure I can continue to live in the same house with a man who could stoop so low to get my own twin sister pregnant.

Segun has been begging me, saying Kenny seduced him but how can I ever forgive him?
