Ubisoft will hold its E3 2017 press briefing on the afternoon of Monday, June 12, the publisher announced yesterday.
The show will begin at 1 p.m. PT, the same time as last year’s event. Ubisoft said it will return to the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Los Angeles. That’s the same venue where the company has hosted its E3 press conference every year dating back to 2014.

There’s no word yet on whether actress and comedian Aisha Tyler, who has hosted Ubisoft’s past five E3 press briefings, will return this year. We’ve asked Ubisoft for details, and we’ll update this article with any information we receive.
Ubisoft’s E3 2017 press conference will likely focus on what the company announced yesterday: the four major games it will release between now and April 2018. The titles in question are Far Cry 5, The Crew 2, South Park: The Fractured But Whole and a new entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise. Ubisoft will likely wait until E3 to unveil the Assassin’s Creed game, which is reportedly a prequel that takes place in ancient Egypt called Assassin’s Creed: Origins.
There’s also a chance that the company will reveal a new title at E3 this year, although the publisher said yesterday that it had pushed back the release of that project until sometime between April 2018 and March 2019. The game, which may be the one teased in a trailer within Watch Dogs 2, is “a multiplayer game with strong live operations,” according to a Ubisoft executive.
