This is common not odd. Its always advised to go on road walks with someone or a partner or better still a means of identification. Rest in peace man. I hope your family finds closure.

You don't wake up and start exercising. First, a doctor has to certify you fit and you don't start with strenuous exercise, you gradually go up. RIP

Some people will know they have high BP and still choose to be jogging and running as part of exercising forgetting that these two can led to cardiac arrest in BP patient. May his soul RIP

Let's be checking the health of our hearts please. I did not know that my corollary artery is 90% blocked until I almost had a fatal heart attack! this is happened after playing some football with my colleagues. I presently live overseas, with excellent health care infrastructure, and the artery is unblocked. A sad way to die.
