Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Energy & Utilities, Media & Publishing and Financial Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.48%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (SE:8230), which rose 5.39% or 2.65 points to trade at 51.80 at the close. Meanwhile, The Saudi British Bank (SE:1060) added 4.82% or 1.08 points to end at 23.48 and Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310) was up 4.24% or 0.70 points to 17.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Hammadi Co (SE:4007), which fell 4.70% or 1.75 points to trade at 35.45 at the close. Alujain Corporation (SE:2170) declined 3.72% or 0.96 points to end at 24.84 and Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320) was down 1.77% or 0.42 points to 23.28.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 87 to 71 and 20 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.43% or 0.20 to $46.26 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.41% or 0.20 to hit $48.52 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.84% or 10.65 to trade at $1279.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.55% to 4.2272, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.51% at 96.48.
