A nourish bowl keeps the doctor away😋🌿✨ well, almost anyway. Nourishing my bod after a long day of classes with all the GOODNESS, including mini tofu burgers, brown rice, a rainbow of veggies + that essential spoonful of hummus👌🏼👌🏼 Even if you’re sitting down all day, it’s especially important to keep fuelling yourself at school/Uni because you’re probably using a lot more energy than you think!
I known that when I don’t eat enough I definitely feel the consequences the next day, so I’m making a conscious effort to be prepared with bringing enough food with me to those brain cells⚡️👊🏼
