It’s canon that Janeway is a master procrastinator and I choose to believe that Chakotay was super organized during his Academy years because he had a fucking incentive to succeed (and I like to believe that he’s generally a rather organized and neat person.)
Imagine your OTP trying to find each other during the apocalypse.
“You promise to keep an open comm link at all times?” he asks worriedly, as always.
“As always,” she smiles at him and squeezes his hand before she rises out of her seat. “This isn’t our first apocalypse, you know.”
“I know, but still…” He doesn’t let go of her hand and she indulges him for a few moments.
“You worry,” she finishes his sentence for him when he breaks off. “As always.”
He grins and shrugs. It’s not like he can help it.
“Take care of my ship,” she says with a bright smile when she lets go of his hand. “I’ll see you when I get back.”
“As always,” he half-mocks her and his eyes follow her all the way to the turbolift and then lock with hers until the doors close.
He takes a deep breath and sighs heavily before he sits down in his chair and begins the wait.
Imagine your OTP picking confetti out of each other’s hair after a parade or a football game.

Imagine your OTP going to an art museum. Person A doesn’t enjoy art but is going for Person B. Person B gets a little annoyed that Person A isn’t paying attention to the art on the walls. Person B confronts A about it with something like “Will you stop staring at me and enjoy the artwork?”
And Person A goes like “I am.” And smirks, then continues admiring B.

Prompt: Imagine your OTP lying in bed together, person B is a couple months pregnant and is showing and Person A is gently stroking their stomach while planting kisses on Person B’s lips and cheeks.
When the Alpha shift ended Kathryn sighed in relief, who knew being 4 months pregnant would be so exhausting. She remembered Phoebe being full of energy during both of her pregnancies. But, then again she wasn’t the captain of a starship stuck years away from home. When She arrived back at her quarters she drew herself a warm bubble bath and smiled peacefully after submerging her body from her chest down. She began to doze off when all of a sudden she heard footsteps. “Babe ? Is that you” ? Chakotay walked into the bathroom and marveled at his glowing wife. Most people say being pregnant with a daughter takes away their mother’s beauty but Kathryn was truly an exception. He made his way over and sat down on the edge of the tub to massage her feet. Kathryn closed her eyes “I thought you were in charge of the Beta Shift ?” Chakotay smirked “Well I felt like spending the evening with my stunning bride. Besides Tom owes me a few favors, and I don’t think the Captain will mind” Janeway chuckled “hmm I would be careful I heard the Captain can be very strict” Chakotay grabbed a towel “let’s get you out of here so I can lie down with my wife and daughter” he walked over to her and wrapped her up in the towel and carried her to their room. After putting on a simple nightgown Kathryn retreated to the bed where her husband was comfortably laying. He pulled her close to him and kissed her forehead before Kathryn nuzzled into his neck. “Tell me a story”
Chakotay smiled and moved till he was face to face with his wife’s expanding abdomen
“One day a woman warrior and her Husband received a gift. This gift was not one they were expecting, but the gods saw the love and happiness between the two and knew that they would be the perfect recipients. This type of gift is known to be a challenge at times and even frightening but in the end this gift will make the love between the couple radiate brighter then ever before because of the love they hold for this gift.” He kissed her baby bump “you are the gift and I love you more then I thought was possible”
Kathryn was beaming and tears stained her cheeks “I love you Chakotay”
Chakotay moved back so he was now face to face with his wife “ I love you too my woman warrior”
He wiped her tears and she captured his lips.
They explored each other’s mouths gently with their tongues and as Kathryn nibbled on Chakotay’s lip he caressed her cheek before pulling away
“Now let me show you how much I love you”

Kathryn Janeway was beyond frustrated. The day had come. She threw her uniform jacket to the floor and began to input measurements into the replicator. One maternity Starfleet Uniform, coming right up. She sighed as she moved to the bedroom.
Sitting on the edge of the bed she carefully removed her boots. Oh, her feet felt like she’d been walking on hot coals. She felt the sting of tears building behind her eyes.
Now the floodgates were open. Better here than in the middle of a briefing. Her breath left her in shallow puffs as she fought with all of her strength against the onslaught of emotion.
It was too late. Kathryn gave a half-hearted moan in answer to the replicator chime, indicating the completion of it’s task.
Laying back on the bed she covered her face and began to weep. She was too old for this. She wasn’t cut out for this. She didn’t know how to be vulnerable.
It was a miracle that she had even been able to get pregnant. Not to mention that she was a newly minted Admiral with a newly minted program to run.
Her life was moving too fast. She wanted to stop it. To regain some semblance of control.
Her realizations drew her further down into her hormone-induced hopelessness. Crying in earnest, she angrily threw her arms over her eyes. Kathryn pressed them into her forehead, trying to release some of the tension gathering in her body.
She heard the door open and wished that the Earth would swallow her whole. Nothing could stop the tears from flowing. Trying to slow her breathing only resulted in gasps and hiccups, serving to irritate her further.
“Kathryn? What is this?,” the bed dipped as Chakotay sat next to her hip.
She felt his fingers dance on her forehead, driving the darkness away. He carefully lifted her arms and placed them around his shoulders.
He pulled her into a sitting position, resting her head on his shoulder. His large hands started to work at the knots that plagued her back.
“Shhhh. No more now. Just breathe with me. You can get through this,” he whispered into her ear.
Her breathing came easier to her. She took in a deep breath and sighed into Chakotay’s neck. His presence had such an effect on her.
After a few moments of rocking back and forth, he placed her back on the bed and bent to remove his boots.
He returned to stretch out beside her, propping himself up on one elbow, and pressed his body flush with hers.
She was focusing on a point somewhere across the room, too embarrassed to meet his eyes. He calmly waited for her to collect her thoughts and ran his hand up and down her body.
Kathryn turned to look up into his warm gaze. The hiccups still had a grip on her and she knew her face must be quite a sight.
His expression softened with empathy and love. He would be a wonderful father. How lucky was she to be with this man? The fact that he still loved her after all of these years was shocking enough. How was she supposed to convince a child to love her?
Kathryn’s eyes were swimming with fresh tears. Chakotay tucked her hair back behind her ears and began to place feather light kisses all along her face.
He roamed her forehead, moving to her eyes, down her cheek, along her jaw, and finally landing softly on her mouth.
She sighed as his tongue ran along her bottom lip. He took this opportunity to press gently into her mouth, taking a small taste of her.
Only Chakotay could place such passion in a gentle kiss. Her sensitive body begin to respond, experiencing a new tension. She let her face droop into a pout as his lips left hers.
He ducked his head and kissed her exposed shoulder as his smile grew.
“I don’t quite know how it’s possible, Kathryn. You are more beautiful every day,” his gaze roamed her body and locked back onto her eyes.
“*You* make me feel beautiful everyday. I couldn’t do any of this without you. I’m not sure I have any business doing this at all,” she gestured with her hand raised in the air and let it fall back to her side. Moving her opposite hand to massage the bridge of her nose.
“Yes, you do. You have so much love to give. Our child will be blessed with your grace and strength,” his comforting words spread warmth through her chest.
“Not to mention that motherhood already suites you, Admiral Janeway,” he grinned as he took the hand from her face in his and brought it to his waiting lips.
Chakotay’s mouth blazed a trail up her arm and zeroed in on her mouth once more.
His ministrations drew a moan from somewhere deep in Kathryn. He chuckled as it escaped her.
“How have you been feeling?,” Chakotay’s tone took on a serious note. He placed her hand back on the bed between them and splayed his fingers on the growing mound of her abdomen. The warmth from his touch soothed her.
“Hmmm…a bit helpless and drained. Other than that, light years better,” she smiled as her eyes slipped shut.
He rubbed his hand back and forth across her belly. Just as she was about to speak again, her eyes shot open and Kathryn gasped. Her hand flew to her stomach to still Chakotay’s.
He sat up, a worriedly glancing back and forth from her face and where their hands were joined.
“What’s wrong?! Are you in pain?! Kathryn!,” he was practically panting.
“No! No. I believe…I just felt her move,” she began to mimic Chakotay’s movements from before and was rewarded with another flutter.
Her hearty laugh rang out as Chakotay collapsed into a heap on the bed next to her.
She turned to face him, her turn to loom over him and pressed her lips to his. As she withdrew, she stroked her hand along his jaw.
“You worry too much. We’ll be alright. As you so eloquently stated, motherhood suits me,” she rewarded him with an unrestrained smile.
“Now, let’s discuss dinner. What are you preparing for us this evening?,” Kathryn waited patiently for his flippant response.
Instead, he gently rolled them over and covered her body with his.
“I regret to inform you, my dear Admiral, that the only course I have prepared is desert,” Chakotay growled as he descended upon her.
“Mmmm. I do love desert…,” she licked her lips before devouring his.
