How many glasses of water did you drink? 

Serious question. You may have thought this was a good idea at first, but now all you're feeling is literal emptiness and regret. You may want to remain horizontal and conserve your energy till iftaar time, inshallah. Good luck and godspeed.

How are you even alive?

You started out feeling good about how much you ate, even though it wasn't a lot. But you're a confident, patient person who took some risks and is feeling fairly good about themselves right about now. You're a little lightheaded, a little dizzy and maybe even a little high on hunger, adrenaline will do that to you. The person across from you is looking a whole lot like a cinnamon role. You've never felt more alive.

You're high on hunger

Suhoor was glorious and you ate all the things in your fridge but the time for reckoning is now. You're extra thirsty and when the infidels ask you if you can't even drink water you won't be able to respond because your throat is on fire. Use your words wisely and nap if you can.

You're thirsty AF

You know the key to a manageable fast is a well-balanced nutritional meal at suhoor and that's just what you had. Don't make any sudden moves, or heavy lifting and you'll be just fine till the last hour or so. Some hunger pangs are expected, but nothing your body isn't prepared for.

You're not dying

Congratulations! You did a good job feeding yourself at suhoor and now you're reaping the benefits. As long as you don't decide to run a marathon -- and even then you may be ok -- you're cruising till sunset.

You're golden
