Abstract: Pulmonary sequestration (PS) is a rare congenital dysplasia of the lung disease, accounting for about 0.15%to 6.4%of all lung malformations. Radiological exam including X-ray, CT, and MRI, plays an important role in the diagnosis of PS. DSA aortography is considered to be the golden standard for diagnosing PS. While 3D vascular reconstruction of MSCT can be used to inspect feeding arteries and draining veins. Today, although PS patients could be aggressively treated with surgery, minimally invasive and economic interventional therapy becomes a promising choice. In this paper, we summarized the imaging manifestations and differential diagnosis of PS, and discussed about interventional treatment.
