Electoral redistricting bill enacted to reduce vote disparity

the Japanese Constitution's guarantee of equality for all under the law

The "equality" which gives 3 votes to people in rural areas, and only 1 vote to city people? The same "equality" which allows the LDP to buy election after election with agricultural subsidies, while those of use who live in the cities have to pay the imported food tariffs to fund these subsidies?

Gotta love equality.
