Abstract: Objective:To detect the expression of miRNA302b gene in tissue of endometrial cancer, and to explore its relationship with different clinical pathological factors. Methods:Quantify miRNA302b expression in 40 endometrial cancer tissues and the same number of normal endometrial tissues with quantitative real-time PCR.Then, evaluate the association of miRNA302b expression with the clinicopathologic features. Results:The expression of miRNA302b was significantly decreased in endometrial tissues samples compared to normal tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of the miRNA302b were(0.483 5±0.438 12),(3.331 7±2.088 17)in stage I and II-IV endometrial cancer, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expressions of the miRNA302b were(3.447 4±2.459 57),(0.798 2±1.095 60)in endometrial cancer tissue group with or without lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Also,the expression of miRNA302b in patients with different differentiation degrees was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,miRNA302b expression was not significantly correlated with the other clinical pathological factors. Conclusion:The expression of miRNA302b was lower in endometrial cancer tissue compared to normal endometrial tissue, and the expression level of miRNA302b was statistically different in different surgical-pathological stages, different differentiation degrees, with or without lymph node metastasis. The abnomal low expression of miRNA302b may be associated with carcinogenesis and development of endometrial cancer.
