Abstract: Objective To evaluate clinical therapeutic effects of ozagrel sodium combined with thrombolytic enzyme in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted into the Neurological Department of the hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the methods of admission, each consisting of 41 patients. The observation group was treated with ozagrel sodium combined with thrombolytic therapy, while the control group was just given ozagrel sodium.Clinical therapeutic efficacy was compared between the patients of the 2 groups, and adverse reactions were closely noted during treatment and after treatment. Results Total effective rate of the observation group (24 cases) was 92.68%,while that of the control group (17 cases) was 82.93%.The rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 7.32%,while that of the control group was 17.07%.Statistical significance could be noted in therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions, when comparisons were made between the 2 groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with thrombolytic therapy could significantly enhance therapeutic efficacy, and at the same time reduce the rate of adverse reactions. For this reason,it promised good clinical application value.
