Abstract: Objective In order to investigate the expressions of CCL20,CCR6 and IL-17A in serum of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,as well as their clinical implications. Methods Serum concentrations of CCL20,CCR6 and IL-17A were detected by ELISA in 26 patients with plaque psoriasis,7 guttate psoriasis patients and 8 healthy people.Correlations of CCL20,CCR6 and IL-17A with PASI scores and courses of disease were analyzed. Results The concentrations of CCL20,CCR6 and IL-17A in patients with plaque psoriasis (748.74±268.72,10.20 ±3.75,39.22± 13.21) were significantly higher than those in normal controls (578.45±204.93,6.79±4.61,25.54±13.04) (P<0.05,<0.01,<0.01 respectively). There was no difference between guttate psoriasis patients and normal controls. The concentrations of CCL20 and CCR6 were positively correlated with PASI (r=0.416,r=0.350) (all P<0.05).CCL20,CCR6 and IL-17A were significantly positively correlated with each other (r=0.852,r=0.801,r=0.825) (all P<0.001),but had no relation with the course of disease (all P>0.05).Conclusion CCL20,CCR6 and IL-17A might be involved in the pathogenesis of plaque psoriasis.
