Is the Antelope Valley shortchanged in homeless funds?

Re­spond­ing to com­plaints that the Ante­lope Val­ley does not re­ceive its fair share of fed­er­al home­less­ness dol­lars, state Sen. Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clar­ita) has called for an audit of the Los Angeles Home­less Ser­vices Au­thor­ity.
