Abstract: Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of S-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for local recurrence of breast cancer.Methods Sixty patients with postoperative local recurrence of breast cancer were divided into two groups,31 patients in the control group were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone,and 29 patients in the treatment group were treated with S-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,after one month,the short-term efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.9%,and was 58.1% of the control group(P<0.05).The main toxicities in the treatment group was I and Ⅱ degree,and Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree was rare.All the toxicities were improved after symptomatic treatment usually.Conclusion S-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy has the better short-term efficacy for local recurrence of breast cancer,and the toxicities can be tolerated.
