Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical features of patients with invasive bladder cancer (IBC) and factors influencing prognosis to provide basis for improving clinical diagnosis and treatment levels. Methods The clinical features and follow-up data of 153 IBC patients were retrospectively analyzed and factors influencing prognosis explored using Cox proportional hazard model. Results 89.54% of 153 patients showed hematuresis and 10.5% irritation sign of bladder;survival time were 8~72 months and the survival rates of 1,3 and 5 years respectively 75.8%,64.1% and 46.4%;single-factor analysis showed that whether they were with hydronephrosis,T staging, whether they had lymphaden metastasis and the differentiation degrees of tumor tissue had notable influences on patients survival rates (P<0.05 or 0.01);Cox multiple factor analysis showed that hydronephrosis,T staging and lymphaden metastasis were independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of IBC patients (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Hydronephrosis and irritation sign of bladder are main clinical manifestations of IBC patients;hydronephrosis,T staging and lymphaden metastasis are independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of IBC patients T staging and lymph gland were independent risk factor of prognosis.
