His: packed dinner of spinach and ricotta tortellini with sundried tomato pesto, halved cherry tomatoes, steamed green beans and fresh basil.

We were going to arrive late at the hotel we were staying in, so thought it better to pack a homemade meal rather than resorting to a take-away. Quicker, healthier and tastier this way!
