Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive behavior intervention in the psychological stress response of wounded soldiers with military training injuries. Methods Eighty wounded soldiers with military training injuries were prospectively collected and divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by a random number table method. The control group was given conventional psychological nursing and the experimental group with3-week cognitive behavior intervention. The psychological stress reactions were evaluated with early psychological rating scale(EPRS)of the accidental trauma from anxiety, depression and withdrawal behavior before and after 3-,6-week intervention. Results The anxiety, depression, withdrawal behavior scores and the total scores of EPRS were significantly lower both in the experimental group at 3-6 weeks after intervention and in the control group after 6-week intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the each dimension scores and total score in the experimental group at 3-6weeks after intervention were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive behavior intervention is helpful to reduce the psychological stress reaction level and shorten the duration in military training wounded soldiers.
