Designed and built by Blue Elk Builders in Winchester, Kentucky, The Brookside has everything you need to live comfortably but is still small enough to be towed by a pickup truck!
The home's exterior features Smart LP siding with a metal roof. Inside the home is 204 sq ft of space with tongue and groove ship lap throughout the space and cathedral ceilings. The kitchen comes outfitted with walnut butcher block countertops, an Energy Star fridge, a two-burner oven, stainless steel sink, a Moel pull-out faucet, and cabinet space.
The bathroom features a composting toilet, a full-sized shower, sink, and shelving.
Upstairs, in the home's ladder-accessible loft space, if the bedroom which is big enough for a queen-sized bed. There's also two sliding windows, LED lighting, and USB ports!
