Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating disease of the central nervous system,and the pathogeny is still not clear.Dendritic cells (DCs) play an important role in the pathogeny and treatment of MS due to its mechanism of inducing immune response and immune tolerance.This article summarizes the special biological function of DCs and their relationship with MS.
