Abstract: As a highly heterogeneous disease,according to the progesterone receptor (PR),estrogen receptor (ER) and the expression of Her-2,breast cancer can be classified into four types.Numerous researches show that different types have its distinct clinical features,and molecular classification may provide guidance for precise treatment in chemotherapy,endocrine therapy or targeted therapy.Recent studies show that the molecular typing of breast cancer can also be applied into radiotherapy.This article will review the latest advances in this domain.
